Taps rotate regularly
A crossover beer by design, featuring a clean, pale malt profile with just a touch of graininess more typical of lagers, and a refreshing overtone of fruity, pleasant hop aroma. The mix of midwest and German aroma hops lend Pleasure Trip a huge boost of craft flavor without the bitterness typical of most “hoppy” beers.
Porter brewed with molasses
Dark chocolate flavors with a roasty backbone, a mild fruitiness and a hint of sweetness from dark caramel malt. We add in Molasses for a craft touch; The result is an evolution of flavor as you drink, with a hint of umami from the molasses to round out the roasty, slightly sweet base.
Extra Special Bitter
Deep Amber in color, the Everleigh is nutty and toasty from the use of Maris Otter Pale Ale Malt, with some fruity, caramel flavors rounding out to a firm, clean finish from UK East Kent Golding hops.
Cluster is a sneaky beer: it reels you in with so much balance that you forget it is over 8% ABV! The Cluster is named for the hops that provide the majority of aroma and flavor; spicy and somewhat floral in the same way that other classic new world hops tend to be.
Traditional German wheat beer, hazy. Pear and banana with some clove spice in the nose, dry finish. Crisp and refreshing with a dominantly fruity character.
Cascadian Dark Ale
This year round selection more commonly known as a Black IPA is one of our personal favorites. Roasted malts give you coffee, and bitter chocolate flavors that are accentuated by a variety of citrus hops that give Habitual that classic Pacific Northwest flavor and aroma.
This easy-drinking IPA packs all the flavor of this popular style without the high ABV. Come have a few of this great day-sipping pint.
